Program: Al-Misbaah text messages. Al-Misbaah is a nonprofit in Elk Grove, California.
What we send: one time sign in codes for Al-Misbaah staff; volunteer shift and event reminders and schedule changes; donation receipts and thank you messages; replies when you text us; and notices such as changes to a food distribution day. We do not send marketing for other companies or political messages.
How often: message frequency varies. Most people receive up to 4 messages a month; staff receive a sign in code each time they sign in.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Help and stopping: Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Consent: Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any donation, service or volunteer role.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
